We worked with Nicole for almost a whole year while she tried to find us our first home. This was right after covid had increased property prices to ridiculous levels and interest rates spiked as well. To say that this time was challenging to find the right places is an understatement. Through this whole process of many months, Nicole was absolutely incredible and patient. She was absolutely honest and knowledgeable in her reviews about whatever property I and my wife visited. Despite knowing that we had a very low chance of getting a property in our price range, she put in all the effort to prepare a bid for a property.
